You must specify the name of each medication e.g. "blood pressure tablets" is not specific enough and we will not be able to to process the request.

If you need to update your blood pressure, you can do this in the Surgery on our automated BP machine.  Take three readings and give the printouts to Reception with your name and DoB.

We aim to process prescription requests within 2-3 days. Please note that due to the volume of requests we receive, we are unable to notify patients individually when their prescription has been issued. If your prescription is not at the pharmacy within 3 days, please let us know.
